Ter-Net Smart Builder is new technology used to design Web sites with a dynamic user interface, especially user interfaces for Web-applications.
Smart Builder is a JavaScript library of DHTML navigational elements such as pull-down menus, expandable trees, draggable elements, etc. with automatic generation of browser-specific code.
Ter-Net Smart Builder allows the creation of complex interactive sites, which work both in IE and in Netscape.
Almost no programming is required: at the design stage, DHTML Elements can be seen as well as edited in any WYSIWYG HTML-editor as usual static HTML. Smart Builder Translation Service automatically generates a code optimized for each supported browser.
